BIZ WOMAN RAISES ALARM OVER INVASION OF HER COMPOUND BY UNKNOWN POLICE OFFICERS

CP OLUGBENGA ADEPOJU RIVERS STATE COMMAND

A middle aged woman Mrs. Esther Edet has raised the alarm over invasion of her compound by some unidentified men claiming to be police officials from the CP monitoring unit in old GRA.
Mrs.Edet hinted that the alleged officers,claimed to be acting under the authority of the CP monitoring unit, raided her resident in absent save for few little children that were said to be at home as at the time of the incident.
She explained that the men broke into the compound searching from rooms to rooms leaving the children in a very helpless and fearful condition about their intention(s), and what could triggered such unwarranted action that could make any person judge as an attempt by kidnappers or hire assassin’s.

Mrs Edet who narrated the incident to our reporter in Port Harcourt, laminated that she is still confused after hearing all about the way and manner the said officers carried out the raid but wondered what could have necessitated such unwarranted intrusion from men that claimed to come from an organised institution like the Nigeria police force.
She informed that the said officers who raided her compound was over heard by her ten year old daughter that they came from the CP monitoring Unit even as she is yet to established what their intention could be.
Our source who hails from Rivers State but married to an Ogoja man in Cross River, explained that the action of the unidentified officers on that fateful Friday, when recalled is still fresh even as she continued to pondered who the mastermind could to be to warrant such raid on an innocent citizen with such degree of damaged and destruction of her properties

Mrs. Esther Edet who is also a graduate of Economics from the University of port Harcourt, However, called on the state commissioner of police, relevant authorities and the general public to be inform of the development should there be any eventuality over her life, children and husband.
” Please I am calling on the CP and the General public to hear me because am still in shock, because of what is going on now in our society. I don’t really know what the said officers are looking for and what their motive is.” she said.
She confirmed that available information to her revealed that the incident on that fateful day, was led by one ACP Agege Peter including four others from the CP monitoring unit at Old GRA in Port Harcourt.
However, efforts made to confirmed the statement had proved abortive as at press time.
Meanwhile, Mrs Esther Edet who is the MD/CEO of ESLODET Nigeria LTD, a Real Estate company had said had some plots of land at Royal Estates Sars Road Port Harcourt, but information available indicated that some land grabber acting on a wrong template colluded with some men of the Nigerian police and invaded Mrs. Esther Edet resident in an attempt to arrest or kidnapped her over the landed property.
