As members won lands, washing machine , other valuables worth millions.
The most friendly church in Niger Delta Region and beyond known as Gateway International Church has successfully concluded it’s 2025 , Peniel conference on Saturday, April 17,2025 , followed a special thanksgiving on Sunday April 20,2025, as some church members smiled home with pilots of land, deep frizer, Washing machine, generator and other valuable items worth millions of Naira.
The Gateway Church Peniel program, is said to be a home calling and gathering of all members of gateway international church from different locations and satellite churches within port Harcourt metropolis and it’s environs.
The conference which is a routine and annual program was initiated by the Lead Pastor George Izunwa three years ago, with this year’s Peniel taking a different dimension with an encounter with the holy ghost for life touching miracles and blessings for members whose lives were transformed during the Peniel program.
The three days intensive program of the gateway international church, which started on Wednesday April 16,2025, ended on Saturday April 19,2025, with a raffle draw where the lucky winners won different valuable items.
The epoch making program was summarized on Sunday April 20,2025, at gateway international church Alter of mercy ground Headquarters, Elioparanwo.
Earlier, Pastor Dr. Godwin Orovwiroro of gateway international church, who anchored the same raffle draw on Saturday April 19,2025,at the Altar of mercy ground disclosed that the items for the raffle draw for members of the church, was sponsored through the office of the Co- Pastor Mrs Emmanuela George Izunwa, wife of the founder and Lead Pastor George Izunwa.
Dr Godwin Orovwiroro also disclosed that apart from the valuable items for the raffle draw, there were also three plots of land to be won by members of the church who qualified for the raffle draw.
It was learnt that previous years of Peniel program, some valuable items and car was donated by the Lead Pastor George Izunwa but this year’s Peniel takes a different approach with plots of land offered by dedicated church members for the lucky winners to take home.
We authoritatively gathered land documents were presented to the three categories of the winners, mainly, Rumuadaolu, representing Satellite Church slot, Eleme Pastor for Pastors slot and madam Dubia Christaina Kilsi( From Sanctuary Department) representing church members slot respectively.
The Church also recognizes other departments in the church for gift awards, such as Silver awards with ( Food Processor) Satire ( Generator) Emerald ( Washing machine) and platinum ( Standing fridge)
Other items won at the raffle draw by gateway church departments, include, microwave, Air fryer, standing fans, Burner among others.
Meanwhile, the beneficiaries have expressed heartfelt appreciation to the Lead Pastor George Izunwa and Pastor Mrs Emmanuela George Izunwa for the rear opportunity to own a property, through courtesy of gateway international church, even as they also expressed thanks to members who graciously donated lands for the raffle draw and prayed God to continue to enlarge and bless gateway international church and it’s members.
